1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms govern all access to and use of the 333ak website, mobile interface, applications, and any associated services (collectively, "the Platform"). By accessing the Platform in any capacity — whether as a registered account holder or as a visitor browsing the site — you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

333ak operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving adult users in Bangladesh. All services are provided for entertainment purposes only. 333ak does not guarantee that use of the Platform will be profitable or result in financial gain for any user.

333ak reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use the 333ak platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Users under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing bets on 333ak.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 333ak, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by 333ak for violation of these Terms.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated bots, and artificial account structures are not permitted.
• You must not be acting as an agent or representative of any third party when placing bets or using platform services.

333ak reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point during your use of the Platform. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

If you become aware that a minor has accessed the Platform using your account credentials, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] and take steps to secure your account.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each user is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the 333ak platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances held within them.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number or email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 333ak will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified us of unauthorised access in a timely manner.

In the event you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must:

• Change your password immediately via the account settings panel.
• Contact the 333ak support team via live chat to report the suspected breach.
• Refrain from making any deposits or withdrawals until the security review is complete.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

333ak operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with standard industry practice. You may be required to submit identity documentation before your first withdrawal, when your cumulative deposit crosses a defined threshold, or at any time the platform's security systems flag an account for review. KYC documentation is held securely and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

333ak supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳):

4.2 Deposit Policy

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to a person other than the registered 333ak account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in the return of funds and potential account suspension. 333ak accepts no liability for funds lost as a result of a third-party deposit arrangement.

The minimum deposit across all supported payment methods is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 333ak, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction limits. Players who have set a voluntary deposit limit through the responsible gaming tools will be restricted to that limit regardless of payment method.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the availability of that method. Where this is not technically possible, our support team will work with you to identify a suitable alternative. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts registered in the same name as the 333ak account holder.

333ak reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard fraud prevention measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the user. Processing times stated above are target times under normal operating conditions; during periods of high demand or technical maintenance, processing times may be extended.

4.4 Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your payment provider in respect of a 333ak transaction, without first contacting the 333ak support team to resolve the matter directly, constitutes a breach of these Terms. 333ak will suspend any account in respect of which a chargeback has been initiated and will contest all unjustified chargebacks. 5. Bonuses & Promotions

333ak offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time it is made available. The following general bonus conditions apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• One bonus per household: Only one bonus may be claimed per household, IP address, device, or payment account. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and possible account closure.
• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering contributions from different game types may vary — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute a lower percentage.
• Validity period: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated free spins that remain unclaimed or where wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Maximum bet rule: While bonus funds are active, a maximum bet restriction applies. Placing bets that exceed this limit while bonus funds are in your account may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Abuse prevention: 333ak reserves the right to cancel any bonus, void associated winnings, and restrict or close an account where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, or coordinated use of bonuses across multiple accounts.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on 333ak are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, or game type. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before placing a bet. Bets that have been accepted and confirmed by the platform are binding. 333ak will not cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted, except in the specific circumstances described in section 6.3.

Odds and lines are subject to change at any time prior to the acceptance of a bet. The odds displayed at the time of bet submission are the odds that will apply to your bet, provided the bet is accepted before the odds change. 333ak uses automated systems to set and adjust odds; human error in odds-setting does not entitle a user to winnings derived from a clearly erroneous price.

6.2 Game Fairness

All casino games available on 333ak — including slots, live dealer games, virtual sports, and table games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software supplied by globally recognised providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The fairness of these games is independently verified by the respective providers and is not subject to manipulation by 333ak.

6.3 Void Bets & Cancellations

333ak reserves the right to void a bet in any of the following circumstances:

• The event on which the bet was placed is cancelled, postponed beyond a defined rescheduling window, or abandoned before a result is determined.
• The odds at which the bet was accepted were clearly the result of a technical error or manifest pricing mistake.
• There is verifiable evidence that the outcome of the event was subject to match-fixing or corrupt activity.
• The bet was placed in violation of these Terms, including bets placed by ineligible users or from restricted jurisdictions.

Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the user's account balance within 24 hours of the void decision being made.

6.4 Responsible Betting Limits

333ak enforces maximum stake and maximum payout limits across all betting markets. These limits are designed to ensure the long-term sustainability of the platform and the fairness of payouts. Maximum payout limits vary by sport and market type and are displayed within the relevant betting interface prior to bet placement.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 333ak platform, you agree to use the services lawfully, ethically, and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age or in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Creating more than one account or using another person's account with or without their knowledge.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading personal information at any stage of registration, KYC, or support interaction.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit promotional mechanics.
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of pricing errors for guaranteed profit.
• Colluding with other users, including at live dealer tables or in any format that involves shared decision-making for profit.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, errors, or glitches in any game or platform feature.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any transaction connected to illegal activity.
• Engaging in aggressive, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward 333ak staff or other users.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring account access to any third party.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the User

You may request the closure of your 333ak account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal manner. Any bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real-money balances that are not subject to active wagering requirements will be returned to your nominated payment method within 5 business days.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by 333ak

333ak reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider.
• A user being identified as self-excluded or on a third-party exclusion register.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is closed by 333ak due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account at the time of closure — including real-money balances — may be forfeited at 333ak's discretion, particularly where the balance is connected to the activity that caused the closure. Where closure is for administrative or non-breach reasons, real-money balances will be returned to the user.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet placement). 333ak reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, which will be deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Users will receive prior email notification before dormancy fees begin to apply.

9. Liability & Disclaimer

The 333ak platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted access to our services, we do not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical failures at all times. Scheduled maintenance periods, third-party infrastructure outages, and other technical events beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 333ak expressly disclaims all liability for:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, or financial opportunity arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from bets or games that were placed or played during a period of technical error, provided the user was made aware of the error before or during play.
• Any loss arising from a user's failure to secure their account credentials.
• The conduct, actions, or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service partners.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 333ak's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited. These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law.

10. Amendments to These Terms

333ak reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where possible, provide advance notice via the platform or by email to registered account holders.

Your continued use of the platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you should cease using the platform and request account closure via the support team.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates. 333ak recommends reviewing this page each time you make a deposit or place a bet, particularly following any platform-wide announcements or communications.
